HTTP 404 Not Found

I just installed WampServer. I click the icon on my desktop and get a green "WAMPSERVER - server Online" icon shown in my hidden icon box lower right corner of my screen. When I click on it I get a pop-up window showing a menu for WampServer. When I click "Localhost" my browser comes up with "Web Not Found" and the Tab shows HTTP 404 Not Found". The icon is green which I found in this Forum needs to be. Can someone provide some guidance for this problem?

Check Apache configuration in httpd.conf file & see if you find the below line "Listen 80".

If it is "Listen 80"Then you should access with [localhost].

If you cant access then try to modify the port number to other & restart your WAMP Server.

EX:"Listen 801".

Then you should use [localhost] to access the webpage.

If the issue is not resolved post the log content from Apache Error log.
