Unable to open phpMyAdmin (Access denied)

I just did a clean install of WampServer and when I go to localhost and click on phpMyAdmin I'm given the following page:

MySQL said: Documentation
#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in your configuration and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.

What should I do?

Did you change your MySQL password?

You should setup Backup right after setup Wamp successful, so you can go back if something wrong later

When I go to downloads.jlbn.net I don't see anywhere to actually download. It just shows a page talking about downloads. Where can I actually download ResetMySQL?
