Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost'

i had successfully install wamp server, and i tried to create a php file, and it worked.

Then I tried to run localhost/phpmyadmin then something went wrong.. a message come up..

"Error
MySQL said:

#2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) "

I can't open a database ,,,

is there anyone who can help me? ...

i'm sure it may help me a lot.. thanks in advance..

Search and delete any my.ini, my.cnf... php.ini file outside wamp folder
