Magento 1.5 can work in Wampserver ?

I just checked Magento 1.4.1.1 works fine on WAMP v2.0 running PHP 5.3.0, what about magento 1.5 ?

By the way, magento can run normally on local server ?
My computer configuration is Pentium Dual-Core CPU T4200 @ 2.00GHz Memory: 1GHz
