Installing 2.2a x64

I have just downloaded 2.2 for 64bit and have tried installing it on Windows 7. I used all of the defaults. When I said start after finishing the icon appeared in the systray as red and then changed to yellow. If I hover over it I get the message "1 of 2 services running - server offline"

Where should I look for the problem?
