After WAMP re-install, Databases missing

I needed to move my wamp installation from it's root folder on my main hard drive to a sub-folder on the same disk. After the re-install, none of my databases show up in phpMyAdmin (although I understand why). I didn't back up the databases, but I know they're in there somewhere. I can see database .frm and .opt files, but not an .sql packaged up nice and neat.

How can I re-configure and move the files so they are accessible again?

Thanks!

Most likely they're innodb and you have to google for repair innodb

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with Innodb. They were Wordpress installs--two of them.

I un-installed, then re-installed WAMP into a different folder, then copied the 2 server files over to the new folder location. I think I would've been in big trouble, but once I--for a third time--installed WAMP back to its original location, and replaced the files, now everything is gravy.

I learned my lesson though, and exported both databases into an .sql file.

Scratch that, it's not working 100% yet. The homepages of either of my two Wordpress installations work, but I get a 404 not found error for any pages other than the homepage. i.e. localhost/wordpress/about returns a 404.

Thanks,
