don't know how to start coding in php I downloaded the wamp server everything is green. i know about my host file and changing it so when do i start changing and making databases from scratch or do i use an editor like net beans and go from there. somebody told me use an editor is this good programming practise. and how do i start making a database from where and how using mysql. is there any portal for these application or there just stand alone and u go as u are trial and error from command line or note pad.

You should setup Backup right after setup Wamp successful, so you can go back if something wrong later
