Tell me plz how to fix these erros cuz i want to make a webstie using wamp server joomla php cs and xhtml programming languages .

Are you sure you downloaded the correct version

32 bit not 64 bit

Could be 4 things.

Wrong bit version of wamp
Your not an administrator
You have a virus on your pc

Buy most likely it's an anti virus/firewall program blocking it.

Well my pc is 64x bit so if i downloaded the 32x bit i cant even make it online and i tried both ways 32x bit and 64x bit but on 64x bit i get these errors and on 32x bit not going online

You have 64 bit Operating system?
Seems like you have a 64 bit processor but only 32 bit operating system?

no errors with 32 bit wamp but cannot get online.
what do you mean cannot get online?

did you follow the guides?
