Can't Access LocalHost

I'm trying to access my Localhost for MySQL, everything is green but when I click localhost Firefox says it can't establish a connection. I had to change the listen port due to Skype conflicting with it, but other than that nothing is changed. Any ideas?

Try
localhost:newportnumber
