WAMP Not Strating after Restore Windows 7

I Accidently deleted WAMP server.I want some already installed database.. Then i restored the machine to previous day... Now WAMP is there but Not Starting... I stopped Skype process... but still problem there...

Actually i want that already installe database... Is there any technique to take it ?

System Restore will NOT restore data so you should find some 3-party app to recover deleted data

BTW, You should set Backup right after set WAMP successful so you can restore if having issue like this
