Localhost Port Problem

Hi,
Port 80 is being used and I already changed all the '80's to 8000 (There are 2 appearances).
And I can view things by entering localhost:8000/ to the browser.
But when I can click the "Localhost" or "phpMyAdmin“ from wamp menu, it still brings up localhost/
I saw many people are having the same problem too.. but i can't find a solution..
