Hi

I'm running a couple of servers using wamp (32 bit version) all works fine.

A new server running 64 bit on windows 2008 R" gives me some problems, copied all websites, databases, logfiles and the Vhost.conf from old 32 bit server to new 64 bit, removed the # in http.conf, server runs perfectly with local webbrowser eg.

localhost/learner-dk.eu, from outside it works with ipadr/learner-dk.eu - but when i call wwwlearner-dk.eu it only takes me to the localhost site and from that site i can click on subfolder and website comes up under adress

[www.learner-dk.eu] - so somehow i guess that it don't read the vhostfile

Any suggestions

Cheers

Couple things to check:
1. Did you setup router to point to new server? If not, it reroute back to old pc or localhost
2. Are you using relative paths in your scripts? If not, it can't reroute related processes

After building the new server, the old one was shot down, and the new got the same ipadress as the old one had, all dns point to that ip-adress

I am new to WampServer, and fairly new to Windows 7 64 bits. What a combination. I can't even get close to resolving problems others are having with this combination because I can't get any response from the WampServer logo that was placed on my desktop, even if I right-click it and press "open". I believe I installed the latest versions of everything, and nothing happens even if I turn Apache off.

Any suggestions?
