Can not login in local version

I was using the system by a time and suddenly I get the HTTP 404 message with Localhost, phpMyAdmin, SQLiteManager. Nothing work
Help please

I found it. Was Skype

If using Skype, open Skype > Tools > Options > Advanced > Connection then uncheck "use port 80..." restart Wamp then Skype

I have unchecked the port 80!

I had to cclose skype

I have followed Skype advice (quite excited=NBG!)

Cannot find any ref to :80 on any 127.0.0.1
Please help
