How do I create database with wampserver 2.0?

Hi,
I tried installing phpBB using wampserver. Along the installation process there is a step where I need to insert the following information. I have no idea how to create a database. Thanks for any help!.
Database Server:
Login:
Password:
Database Name:
Prefix:
Adapter:
How do set this? I tried with phpmyadmin which is available in wampserver 2.0 by default, but not sure how to do this.
