Could you give us more details?

Can't you use old installers from the page [www.wampserver.com] ?

What I am trying to do is run a script that decodes NBT files. At first, I thought I needed an older version of PHP because it wasn't working properly. I installed the older version you linked, then WAMP gave me an error saying that I needed an older form of apache.

All along though, this wasn't the issue. The issue was that the developer needed to update it. He has now though. The only thing is that it requires php with GMP. So now, my last and hopefully final issue is, how do I go about installing GMP with php 5?

GMP link ---> [php.net]
