PhP old version download problems

Hi guys,

I'm running joomla 1.5 and 1.6 on wamp and just realized that i needed an older version of php to run it properly. however, none of my downloads work.

every time i download one and then go to instal it, an error comes up and says that the file is corrupt or something like that. it also says to re-download the file.

i have tried downloading the same file a few times and different versions of php. maybe im not installing the file properly but whatever i do it wont work.

Are u using x32 or c64

No - what wamp did you download

x32 or x64

then you cant change version of php as all addons are x32


you will need to change apache and php to x32 if you want it to work

so i just download and install the 32 bit version of wamp? will that work on a 64 bit os or do i need an emulator?

no you can aso use x32 wamp


but you can just change apache to by download apache addon also

use the addons! on the age you were on with php..

just install an apache one too so you have x32 for both
