Receiving the following error message; Could not execute menu item (internal error)

Wamp icon goes from red and stays on orange should turn to green, cannot put online

Had some virus problems and replaced my Norton security for avg, once Norton was deleted I lost my wampserver connection.

Can someone explain why the wamp icon shows up orange and how can I put the server on line again?
