Issue on enabling GD in wamp 2.1 with win 7

I have tried all the possibilities to enable GD on wamp version 2.1 with windows7, I have successfully did this with wamp 2.0 version, can anybody can help me its appreciable

I am also trying to install gd library in wamp server2.1 but even the semicolon is removed in the php.ini file and i also checked that the "php_gd2.dll" file is present but still wamp is not picking it up and i am using zend framework with it.

Why I am unable to online my WAMPSERVER

I am getting an Error While I open "LOCALHOST"

It ask for connect to option

"You are not authorized to view this page"

Kindly do the needfull to resolve this issue.
