WampServer

Hello,

I been trying to restart wamp5 services but i cant. I had a previous version yesterday and it was working but i did something worng (which i have no idea what ), and now i am unable to restart wamp. Yesterday i was getting a message when i tried to restart the service on the admnistrative tools on the services page saying that there was an error 1067.

I started to have problems yesterday because i am now starting to build joomla! websites, so the problem started after something that i did wrong.

I had the wamp 2.0i installed yesterday, i have already tried to uninstall and reinstall for several times then i gave up and decided to try a new version.

Everytime that I tried to do a new installation i always deleted every thing from the previous installation.

I downloaded the wamp2.1 version but i am still unable to start the services.

When i right click on the wamp icon on the right side of the task bar it does not do anything, i only get a little tooltip saying that 1 of 2 services is running and the server is offline. The 1 of 2 services that is running is apache.

I am using windows 7.

Would anyone help me out with this problem please?

you must have another mysql running.. if your sure that its apache that is running....

You were right stevemartin99, it was a mysql service that was running on the wamp message.

Apache is still running on its own window but now i get the message that none of the 2 services are running but i am still unable to start wamp server, do you know how to solve this problem?

I would really appreciate any help!

I followed the link on your ad to your unofficial version of wamp and installed it but i am still getting the same problem, even when i try to start the services i get the 1067 message error.


I have already installed team viewer. Please let me know if you can still try to help me.

Hi Stevenmarin99,

I am having the same problem that you fixed on a forum (WAMP5 - None of 2 services are running - server Offline ) but do know how You were able to fix it. I have been running Wamp with no problems but when I tried to tun it today it would not run at all. I tried to restore windows 7 it but did not help. I must have installed a software a while ago but because I haven't used Wamp in a while did not realize it stopped working. I tried a few fixes that I found on a forum but no luck. Any help you can provide me would be greatly appreciated.
