WampServer

Hi I've attempted to install both WampServer 2.1e (32 bits) and after getting an error deinstalled it and installed WampServer 2.1d (64 bits) but again the same error:

exception in module wampmanager.exe at 000F15A0 could not execute run action

Any idea what is happening and how I can fix this many thanks in advance.
