Blank Page Problem - Win 7 x64

Hello,

So I'm having the typical blank page problem that a couple of people had and I've tried the typical fix of checking if any other program is using port 80. IIS is using port 80 on my computer so I changed the port that apache was listening to, to port 8000 in the httpd.conf file but whenever I type in [localhost] or [127.0.0.1] it gives a page not found error.

Other little tidbits of info are that my wamp icon is yellow and, for some strange reason, wamp was working perfectly fine for me the day before. I tried restarting my computer as well but the problem persists. I've also tried typing in localhost/index.php and localhost/testmysql.php but my browser gives me a page not found error.

sigh*... I've been trying to troubleshoot this for about an hour now. Hopefully you guys can give me a little insight as to what the problem is.

If the TCP/IP port is open, which you can check by typing in netstat -an in a DOS box, try typing in localhost:8000
