Apache problem

for some reason my Wamp is not working and it was working just fine with no problems at all

but for some reason when I start wamp I cant open my localhost and I loose my internet conection and I cant open any page if I close wamp my conection comes back

I tried to log in by using [127.0.0.1] and It works but I cant open more folders or even execute any php file

In folder C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc, open file hosts and delete anything in this file and have only this line below and nothing else

127.0.0.1 localhost
