PHP 5.3.2 ?

Hi all...

Durring nessus scan, I discovered that several PHP vulnerabilities and should be upgraded. I have the latest 5.3.1 php from the addons section ,but nessus says that it should be upgraded to 5.3.2 or later? Can someone please advice what can I do about this issue ?
