Virus Mop-up

A guest used my server computer and caused a virus to infect my computer. I killed the virus using Spybot SD but I still had internet problems. I fixed the MSIE problem by a full reset of all settings. The WAMPSERVER still doesn't serve my webpages like [wantdesk.com] to the public like it used to. Localhost and localhost:80 works. WAMP's icon is correctly to the right in the black. I double checked the NetGear Router and find the IPConfig LAN IP matches the Port Forwarding IP on Port 80 and the Attached Devices IP. The main .config and vhosts files look ok so I'm guessing the virus damaged something in the register? I don't know what else to check or try.

What can I do to fix my internet service of my webpages? How do I reset my WAMP? Thanks.

if localhost work but not from outside then need to check 2 things: wamp's lan ip and wan ip; use cmd w/ command ipconfig to check wamp'slan ip and make sure this ip matches port forward in router; use website 'http://whereismyip.com' to check your wan ip and make sure it matches your record in dns

command ipconfig = 192.168.1.3
router port forward = 192.168.1.3
'http://whereismyip.com' = 75.139.214.136
Candaga DNS for [wantdesk.com]
ARecord @ = 75.139.214.136
ARecord * = 75.139.214.136

Now what? Everything "should" be working. Is there some reset button I've missed or a registry entry or something else? My MSIE browser works with automatic email updates from Gmail. So the bug must be within the server somewhere. Thanks.

did you set your wamp in online mode and already add exception for wamp in all firewall/antivirus?

When I hover the mouse pointer over the half-clock WAMP icon it says WAMPSERVER - server Online.
In WinXP Pro the firewall has no exception for wamp. I tried adding C:\wamp\wampmanager.exe but that didn't help. I turned off the firewall temporarily which allowed the webpage to work fine. I turned the firewall back on then added exception for C:\wamp\bin\apache\apache2.2.8\bin\httpd.exe and that works!

Thank you very much!
