WampServer

Ok so every now and then everything on the sites slow down. I check the server and see the memory load is maxed out. I go to WAMP and chose "restart all services" and the memory goes back to normal but only for a little while. Any ideas on how to fix this? I know its the WAMP services that are causing it because shutting them down and restarting them fix the problem every time.

it's not wamp cause it but most likely your firewall/antivirus try to block wamp which hog your pc sources
