i do i upload my site?

reselved my first problem, now i'd like to know how i can upload mt site, i there any guide about it? in other words, what do i have to do?

i am totally new to this i started messing around with an old comp i found in the alley,

i can get my site running by typing in my ip address, i think it has something to do with apache and the www folder put the site in that folder then it should work
