How do I configure wamp's lookback feature - AcceptPathInfo?

I'm writing a blog for a website, any registered user can own a blog. I want to use a url like - [www.mysite.com]
I want to know how to configure wamp so that $_SERVER['PATH_INFO'] can return 'username'.
Any help will be appreciated.
