Apache in wamp not working

hey all......
I m trying to use intra version with wamp....but every time I try to open the startpage of intra version through localhost(to enter the username,password,database details)....it says APACHE HTTP STOPPED WORKING.When i check the error log it says:

[Sun Apr 25 16:07:56 2010] [notice] Child 3708: Acquired the start mutex.
[Sun Apr 25 16:07:56 2010] [notice] Child 3708: Starting 64 worker threads.
[Sun Apr 25 16:07:56 2010] [notice] Child 3708: Starting thread to listen on port 80.
