php no errors

In my php.ini I have the error reporting set to
error_reporting = E_ALL
It never shows the errors. What is wrong?

This is what I get:
Parse error: parse error in C:\Wamp\www\gjr\includes\functions_posting.php on line 2861, so there has to be something.

go to line 2861 and look for a missing ; at the end of the lines
