WAMP stopped working suddenly

I installed WAMP about 5 months ago and everything was working fine until this past Friday. I have 3 Joomla sites in the www directory; 2 that I have already installed (we'll call them site1 and site2) and completed and one that is just setup but I have not completed the installation yet (we'll call this one site3).

Here's my problem, when I go to localhost/site2 (the one I recently completed and am now trying to launch) I just get a blank page. In fact, I also get a blank page when I try to go to localhost/site1 and localhost/phpmyadmin/. If I type localhost/site3, the Joomla site that has not completed installation on yet, it comes up immediately as does the localhost/?phpinfo=1.

My Apache error log shows the following:

[Mon Mar 15 08:42:59 2010] [notice] Parent: Received shutdown signal -- Shutting down the server.
[Mon Mar 15 08:42:59 2010] [notice] Child 3536: Exit event signaled. Child process is ending.
[Mon Mar 15 08:43:00 2010] [notice] Child 3536: Released the start mutex
[Mon Mar 15 08:43:01 2010] [notice] Child 3536: All worker threads have exited.
[Mon Mar 15 08:43:01 2010] [notice] Child 3536: Child process is exiting
[Mon Mar 15 08:43:01 2010] [notice] Parent: Child process exited successfully.
[Mon Mar 15 09:02:29 2010] [notice] Apache/2.2.11 (Win32) PHP/5.3.0 configured -- resuming normal operations
[Mon Mar 15 09:02:29 2010] [notice] Server built: Dec 10 2008 00:10:06
[Mon Mar 15 09:02:29 2010] [notice] Parent: Created child process 5668
[Mon Mar 15 09:02:30 2010] [notice] Child 5668: Child process is running
[Mon Mar 15 09:02:30 2010] [notice] Child 5668: Acquired the start mutex.
[Mon Mar 15 09:02:30 2010] [notice] Child 5668: Starting 64 worker threads.
[Mon Mar 15 09:02:30 2010] [notice] Child 5668: Starting thread to listen on port 80.
[Mon Mar 15 09:06:37 2010] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] File does not exist: C:/wamp/www/favicon.ico
[Mon Mar 15 09:06:39 2010] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] File does not exist: C:/wamp/www/favicon.ico

As you can see, the only error is in reference to a favicon in the www directory which never existed. I don't have Skype or IIS installed on this system and the only program using port 80 is Apache/2.2.11. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate and my NOD firewall was configured to allow WAMP to function. I've looked all over for a resolution to this and have even tried to changing the port from 80 to 81 and 8080 to no avail.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I really just need to know how to export a db sql file from the db I need to launch. I can reinstall WAMP once I get this one site launched. Thank to anyone who can provide some assistance with this.

I cannot access phpmyadmin, that's part of the problem. I meant is there a way to export those tables via a command prompt?
