Resolved - Can't start WAMP after worked ok for a week - see error

Whenever I try to start Wamp I get the following error -

'The configuration file contains a syntax error on line 71: [EpareseError] Could not load the file “barimage.bmp” specified in the directive “BarPicturePicture”'

I didn't change anything that I am aware of.

try to reinstall your wamp server, will it help?

Reinstall didn't work. Still get the same error.

I get this same error on Windows Vista SP3.
Where is the 'missing' file barimage.bmp meant to live?
On my computer it is present, sitting in the C:\wamp\tmp directory.

u must have moved it by mistake

should be in c:/wamp only

I moved it into the c:\wamp directory but that didn't make any difference

ok well can you RIGHT click wamp icon> refresh

close wamp

restart wamp


if you get an error - post it here

So you want to post in every post to tell wamp doesn't work neitheir my patch,
and to use xampp instead ?

So you have nothing to do on wamp forum.
Stay with you program and stop spamming !
