WampServer

Hey, I've been using wampserver 2.0 on my laptop for a while now for testing, and I know I want to set it up on my desktop for more permanent use as a webserver. Ive just installed wampserver v2.0i and everything worked grand.

Now to the problem, when the server is offline i can access the index.php from "localhost", when wampserver is set to online, I can access it from "localhost" and from its local ip address "192.168.2.100", but if I try to access it from my laptop accross lan by ip, I just get a Connection timed out, Server is taking to long to respond error.

I have restarted both wampserver and the pc, numerous times, but I dont know whats wrong. I just installed PEAR today, and meddled with some include paths to get it working, so I could use pear's mail so I could use smtp authentication, with hmailserver which I installed today too.

I dont usually get stuck with stuff like this, so any ideas?
