How install SugarCRM through wampserver

hello folks,
Can anyone help me out how to install the sugarCrm software in wampserver.? I have tried to insatll the same but its saying that ,
"Minimum Php version required is 5.1.0. Recommended Php version is 5.2.x."
But here in my system it is there php5.3.0.. why it is like that..???
Even in my system both the IIS and Apache sever is there for IIS I am using port 80 and for apache I am using the port no as 81.

sugarCrm may not be compatible with PHP5.3. You may want to Install the php5.2.x addon instead.
Download php5.2.11 here -> [downloads.sourceforge.net]
Run the exe to install. Once installed left click wamp tray icon and choose PHP -> PHP Version -> PHP5.2.11
