connection of wampserver

i don't know why but when i put wamp online then start all services all it does is go to yellow on the little icon on the bottom right hand corner i do not know why this is happening and one more thing does it download mysql or does it give you the right to run a certain version of mysql on wamp.smiling smileysad smileymoody smileythis is what it looks like [i803.photobucket.com] and this is what it should look like [i803.photobucket.com]

completely unistall then reinstall
