on win 7 redirected to http://www.localhost.com/

my new wamp install on win 7 seems to work fine. But when requesting some files the browser goes from
[localhost]
to
[www.localhost.com]
what is that all about?
wamp 2.0
win 7
firefox 3.5.5
[localhost]
to
[www.localhost.com]

try 127.0.0.1
if thT WORKS
open c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/
move the hosts file to your desktop
open it in notepad
make sure it has
127.0.0.1 localhost
make sure it DOES NOT have
::localhost
save. move back to the etc folder and restart the browser
NOTE---you must move it to ur desktop on vista and 7 or u wont be allowed to save it
