WAMP taskbar button unclickable

So I've just installed WAMP, I've rebooted a few times, but the taskbar icon of WAMP will not let me click on it, I'll click and no menu appears. If I hover over it, it says that it's offline, so the button itself isn't frozen it doesn't seem. It also shows the onmousedown animation (the background dims) when i click on it, so it seems to be not frozen.

I'm using Windows 7 x64 bit.

Is there another way to open up the client menu?

How many lines does your wampmanager.ini contains ?
Can you copy this file content here or upload it somewhere (would be better) ?

Download the file WampServer2.0i again.
Uninstall wamp, delete wamp folder.
Install new downloaded file.

You have a problem with wampmanager.tpl file corrupted, or menu building error.
You should not have those errors on a fresh installation, so please retry your installation as described...

Thanks for your help, but I'm going with AppServ, it's been working for me.

Delete any php.ini file which is not in wamp folder.
It can be installed by another webserver applications like Xampp, EasyPHP or maybe AppServ.
Something is preventing php to run with wamp to build your menu...

Also check wamp/logs/php_error.log file which may contain some informations.

After experiencing the same problem, I googled and this was the top result. I found that wamp does not like when you have multiple installations of PHP. I uninstalled the PHP that did not come with wamp and it started working.
