FTP to localhost

I'm trying to upload to my localhost. Using FireFTP, or as far as that goes any FTP client, root is user and no password. I am unable to login to my local. How do I do it?

its not root


thats mysql


127.0.0.1

the rest is blank


but most of these wont work cos wamp doesnt come with FTP setup

just move them to the folder..

or use a Syncronise program to sync the folders
