How do I config a Vhost?

I downloaded the one click Seaside from [www.seaside.st] and it comes up with a message saying:
The Seaside application server is already running on port 8080. Point your browser to [localhost] to give it a try.
It seems to work but how can I make it work under WAMP? I've tried a variety of virtual host statements with rewrites that all fail for this (suggested by people who use Apache on Mac).
