Wampsql service stuck.

Hello, when i start wamp. The tray icon goes to yellow, wampapache is working fine. I go to wampsql but it is not working, so i go into services.msc and scroll to wampsql its statis is starting, i cant stop it by hand. Could anyone please help. I just done a full format(witch took 12 hours smiling smiley) and installed it again. Im running wampserver2.0h on windows xp. Thanks in advance aaron1178
