wamp server mail

i have a email with a isp provider here and i wanted to use the smtp and pop for my apeach
can someone help me with how to set it up?

if your using a windows machine and wamp is installed then make sure the email your using for website is in outlook express and it should work for your server, i do this and it works fine with no issues
