WampServer

So I was making a php page to try to create a database with Microsoft Expression Web and it setup it's development server and now nothing works! I go to localhost in my browser and it asks for username and password. I try to go to phpmyadmin and I get 404 not found! So it has somehow set itself to takeover localhost and I don't know how to change it back and I don't see how anywhere on this whole forum!

you need to uninstall Microsoft Expression Web, restart pc then restart wamp; still not work, then uninstall wamp, remove wamp folder, restart pc, reinstall wamp
