tray icon yellow and no padlock picture

After restarting pc then click wamp server icon. The colour of tray icon is more than half yellow and there is no padlock in the middle of icon.

any solution for the problem?

make sure no other program conflict wamp such as iis, skype, zonealarm, firewall/antivirus, nod32, eset, any web related program ...
