how do i activate or enable this this again. pls..

i tried everything, i uninstall, install, remove files from the registry but still. nothing happens. still shows up.
i dont want to do mombojumbo with the system. just the quick way. pls. thanks.

Did you find solution ?

I have the same problem with WampServer sad smiley
But it is ok with XAMPP
