Mysql configuration question

Greetings. The main purpose for WAMP in my case is to use it for a Bugzilla server. I'm close to having it working - this is question 1 of 2. When I run a Bugzilla command called checksetup.pl I get the following message:
Warning: You need to set the max_allowed_packet parameter in your MySQL configuration to at least 3276750. Currently it is set to 1048756. You can set this parameter in the mysqld section of your MySQL configuration file.

I am not sure where this file exists or how to change this setting. Any help most appreciated.

Question 2 on second post.

Hi,

You can modify mysql configuration by clicking on my.ini in wamp menu
Left click -> MySQL -> my.ini

Find max_allowed_packet and set it to 4M (it said at least 3M)...
