setting up PHP-myadmin

Just installed the new ver. of wamp its pretty cool but I'm having a hard time getting my the new php-myadmin ver 3 to work. The old link to the GUI installer was

C:\wamp\apps\phpmyadmin2\scripts\setup.php

Any ideas on where the new GUI file is hiding inside this new ver. of PHP-myadmin.

its located in

C:/wamp/apps/phpmyadmin3.1.1/libraries/dbg
