im kinda lost check this out

can anyone tell me what to do with my server if the ports are open after checking canyouseeme.org :'( i've got a static ip from my isp and when i try to access my server it doesn't load

by the way can anyone check to see if my server is working here is my the address dont mind the half down work if you see the default wamp page please tell me http:// 201.221.75.137

just saw this other post. yes i can see ur wamp page so its up and running smiling smiley guess its the nat box blocking ur ip from viewing. these nat boxes are clever . they will not see a request to itself. it redirects it.
as you can see it would be a waste of time to send it , if it was already at its location.

some boxes allow u to diable able nat on certain port numbers
