The downloadable products directory does not exist

hi can any one help me with this please Warning: The downloadable products directory does not exist: /home/www/public_html/download/. Downloadable products will not work until this directory is valid
i can not see what is rong any help or info please thamks william

this path is used for *nix, so it's absolutely not exist, so what app are you trying?
