After knowing the possibilities of WAMP... I have a question below.

What hardwares (PC specs) and broadband speed do I need to put up a web hosting service? Maybe start with the minimum and then the best one.

Thanks.

as you said mini web any computer that have xp or server 2xxx install or linux can run website or handle website but if you are looking for more people hitting the site daily i think you will need more than just aby computer
os =xp
processor=intel cores any, intel because amd turn to heatup too much

actually, the first thing you should consider is how fast your UPLOAD speed, so even w/ old p3 computer and a fast upload speed, around 6Mps, still good enough to handle some hundred people a day ;-)
