ERROR Need help with it

Hi,
I get Aestan tray menu error "could not execute menu item, (internal error) [Exception] could not perform service action. The service has not been started."
After reading some of this error post i try edited httpf.conf but still dont work.
please help me with it thanks.

you might have corrupted installer; try to get it here
