now icon is red and can't access localhost or phpadmin

Now the icon is red and after a few minutes it disappeared altogether.
Can't access any database as phpadmin still won't allow me access. Couldn't change any other passwords except for root - what is going on?

Sorry to continue but now I can't even start the services. I never had this trouble with wamp 5
Do you have to click on the start wampserver each time to load the icon - then restart the services - then go online before you can do anything or what is the process. Icon still red and the disappears.

I dont think you should of installed WampServer 2 over WAMP5,

Try Uninstalling and then reinstalling

No I didn't do that I did a fresh install then another install over WampServer 2.
I read through google and here and followed the instructions to delete firwall and antivirus. I found the antivirus was the trouble. I have tried comodo, trend micro and avira and all stop wamp services from working.
Does anybody have any suggestions as I need an antivirus as much as I need the wamp services.
